Lance Sharar - Co-Owner / President

With a degree in Civil and Construction Engineering, Lance oversees the day-to-day operations of the general construction side of the business as well as the major construction projects.

Lincoln Sharar - Co-Owner / Vice President

Lincoln is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. Lincoln oversees all Butler pre-engineered projects as well as manages the day-to-day operation of the Company’s overhead door and floor covering business.

Dan Wygle - Concrete Foreman

Dan has been with King Knutson since 1991 and has worked his way from laborer to concrete foreman. Dan’s responsibilities include the management of up to 6-10 men on various concrete projects.

Troy Shineflew - Steel Building Foreman

Troy has been with King Knutson since 1996 and has worked his way from laborer to building foreman. Troy’s responsibilities include managing the erection of all steel buildings.

Gary Chaplin - Carpentry Foreman

Gary has been with King Knutson since 1993 and has worked in many aspect of the business from concrete and steel laborer to foreman of each crew. Currently his responsibilities are managing all contemporary carpentry projects.

Mike Miller - Overhead Door Technician

Mike has been with King’s since 1992 and has worked with the Company’s overhead door division since its inception.

Kal Silver - Overhead Door Technician

Kal has been with King’s since 1997 and has worked with the Company’s overhead door division.

Leona Sharar - Office Bookkeeper

Leona has been with King’s since her two sons purchased the company in 1997. Leona oversees all accounts receivable and payables, payroll, company insurance, and retirement plans.

Paula Nugent - Office Administrator

Paula has been with KKCI since June of 2004. As Administrative Assistant, her duties include the telephone, customer service, scheduling, accounts receivable, secretarial work, and assisting with the flooring business.
